BLS Course FAQs
What is a BLS course?

Who can attend a BLS course?
Eligibility depends on the course format and provider requirements. Healthcare professionals and students may be eligible for particular programmes. Check the requirements for your selected session before registering.
What is the BLS course fee?
The advertised standard BLS course fee is Rs. 22,000. Fees and promotional offers may change, so confirm the current payable amount, included materials and any applicable additional charges before payment.

Who should consider ACLS training?
ACLS is intended for eligible healthcare professionals who participate in or support advanced resuscitation care. Check the course provider’s eligibility criteria and prerequisites before enrolling.

Registration and Payment
How do I register for a course?
Start by reviewing the relevant course page and confirming your eligibility and preferred date. You can then submit the registration form and follow the payment and document instructions provided by the training team.
Is my seat confirmed after submitting the form?
Submitting a form alone does not confirm your seat. Under the published registration terms, registration is confirmed after the subscribed course fee has been paid and the required registration steps have been completed. Follow the instructions issued for your session.
Which documents are required for registration?
The current registration terms request a recent passport-size photograph and a copy of your CNIC. Ask the team about any additional documents or acceptable alternatives before submitting sensitive personal information.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
The published Terms & Conditions state that course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Review the complete terms before paying and contact the team if you need clarification about your circumstances.
What happens if I miss my scheduled course?
Attendance and absence rules, including applicable additional fees, are described in the Terms & Conditions. If you cannot attend, notify the training team at least one week before your course, as required by the published policy.
Preparation, Assessment and Certification
Do I need to complete pre-course work?
Some courses require participants to access an eBook, complete mandatory pre-course work or prepare through specified learning materials. Follow the instructions for your particular course and complete all required work before the deadline.
Will I receive a certificate or course card?
Certification or course completion cards depend on the programme, the applicable provider requirements and successful completion of the required assessments. Confirm the type of credential issued for your course before registering.
What happens if I do not pass the assessment?
Remediation and retake arrangements are governed by the course requirements and published registration policy. The current Terms & Conditions describe a remediation opportunity within 30 days without an additional fee, subject to the stated conditions. Additional fees may apply if remediation is missed or unsuccessful.
Does completing a course guarantee that I will pass?
No. Participants must meet the course’s applicable knowledge and skills assessment requirements. Completing registration or attending training does not guarantee successful completion or certification.
Is LifeSupport.Academy the official AHA website?
No. LifeSupport.Academy is not the American Heart Association’s official website. Some listed courses may follow AHA course requirements, depending on the session and provider arrangements. Please confirm the provider and certification details for your specific course.
Official AHA CPR information is available at cpr.heart.org.
